EIGHT handmade beds, costing up to £20,000 each, were yesterday delivered to the hotel where Kate Middleton and her family will spend the night before she marries Prince William. They are individually crafted to fit like a glove and give a ‘life-changing’ sleep according to bed-maker Vi-Spring. Staff at the five-star Goring Hotel near Buckingham Palace would not reveal if the beds were for Kate’s five-room ‘royal suite’ which is said to have undergone a £150,000 makeover for her stay. But that didn’t stop onlookers speculating. ‘It looks like the hotel is pulling out all the stops to ensure Kate and her family enjoy a comfortable stay during what will
be a very nervous time,’ one said.
